EVOEVENTS is a private company who takes entries for horse events, they have access to ESNZ information only to check your details entered are correct, unregistered riders can still enter through this system.
To enter through the EVOEVENTS system all you need to do is set up a login which requires you to register with them (not ESNZ), create a password and then you can enter any events that they have listed on their site - once you have registered with them you can view all your entries, and you can also make changes to your entries.

BOI Dressage Group is now paying prizemoney by Direct Credit so when you log in to your EE account remember to add your bank account details if you have not done this already.

NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE/SCRATCH YOUR ENTRY: you just have to log in to EVOEVENTS go to 'My Entries" then select the 'More' button beside the tournament that you wish to make changes to, use the 'Change" button to make the changes/scratch and then send email. You will receive and email of confirmation of your changes from the event secretary once she has processed your changes.

IF YOUR ENTRY PAYMENT IS NOT RECIEVED BY THE CLOSE OF ENTRY DATE, IT WILL BE CLASSED AS A LATE ENTRY AND ASSOCIATED FEES WILL BE ADDED. IF YOUR ENTRY PAYMENT IS NOT RECIEVED YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED INTO THE DRAW.

IN THE CASE OF A LATE ENTRY,  PAYMENTS MUST BE RECIEVED AT THE TIME OF THE LATE ENTRY AND INCLUDE ALL LATE ENTRY FEES OR THEY WILL NOT BE ENTERED INTO THE DRAW.

NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE DRAW IS POSTED

THE DRAW AS POSTED IS FINAL AND NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE, IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST PLEASE WRITE IT ON YOUR ENTRY FORM OR IN THE COMMENTS BOX AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.

ONLY HORSES ENTERED IN THE COMPETITION ARE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS ON THE DAY OF OUR EVENT.

REFUNDS:  A COMPETITOR HAS TWO  WEEKS (14days)  FROM THE DATE OF THE COMPETITION TO FILL IN AND FORWARD TO THE GROUP A VETS, DOCTORS, FARRIER CERTIFICATE OR REASON ACCEPTABLE TO COMMITTEE FOR A REFUND.
80% OF ENTRIES WILL BE REFUNDED WITH APPROPRIATE  DOCUMENTATION.


It is now a requirement that any time that your horse is at an event it needs to have an identification tag attached to its halter. A simple key tag with the Horses Name, Rider/Owners Name and a Contact Phone number is all that is needed.

Regulation Helmets must be worn when mounted.
